OwnerI am a native Austinite that understands our eco-sensitive culture. After earning my B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech University, I found corporate life unfulfilling. I realized that my experiences in the outdoors inspired my true passion and that my desire to help others set me apart from my corporate pest and lawn service competitors. I enjoy time with my family, hiking, fishing, taking care of my chickens, deep conversations, learning new things, and challenging customers. Operations Quality ControlDevin has been protecting my home from pests since 2017, and I have used nearly every service we offer at Osborne at one time or another. After several years of discussing business, Devin asked me to join the team. I am now a proud member of the Osborne Team and delighted to serve everyone in the community!
I am a proud Leander wife and mom. After growing up in New Mexico, we settled our family here in the Leander area over ten years ago. I have spent most of my career in technical support and customer service, dedicated to improving customer interaction.
I am deeply dedicated to the community and am active in my church. I enjoy book reviewing, casual reading, and writing. I also love to go to movies and have extensive film knowledge. I play Fantasy Football in the fall and occasionally enjoy tabletop gaming and video games with friends. My current focus has been on finishing my first novel which I have been editing for publishing someday!

I learn constantly and do whatever it takes to meet their needs. I enjoy meeting new people, basketball, video games, and making sure our customers are as happy as I am with Osborne Pest & Turf.

Seth Crawford
Friend / Brother from another motherIn October 2018, we lost Seth in a tragic motorcycle accident. He was a true friend and a key member of our business. He was a dedicated man who loved his fiance Brandee, his daughter Kaelyn, and his son Landon. Seth was a large man with tattoos, and although some people may have found him intimidating at first, everyone fell in love with him the moment he spoke to them. Our customers mention him to this day, and we talk about how genuine he was as a person. Seth enjoyed smoking, spending time at the gun range, listening to music, and motorcycling. We miss him, and at times feel that he continues to help us in unusual ways. ~Devin
